Crash Adams Releases New Song “Optimist”
Canadian pop duo Crash Adams, consisting of Rafaele 'Crash' Massarelli and Vince 'Adams' Sasso, released a new song “Optimist” along with a music video on December 6, 2024.
The song is the fourth single since the 2024 sEP “Crashing Into Your Living Room, Vol. 1”, following “Hotel Party”, “8 Days”, and “Good All Year”.
The track was written by Jakob Hazell, Natalie Salomon, Rafaele Massarelli, Svante Halldin, and Vincenzo Sasso. Produced by Jack & Coke.
The music video was directed by Michael Essey, who filmed in Dubai and also directed their previous video for “Hotel Party”.
The duo said of the song, “'Optimist' is a song about being there for someone you care about when they’re going through their darkest times. It’s about love, resilience, and never letting them lose sight of the light, even when the world tries to count them out.”- The duo shared on social media, “Hey, we're Crash Adams, two musicians who are best friends from Toronto who love to make pop/alternative music. You may have seen us doing viral stunts in the middle of the street with our red couch, to help spread our music! We produce, write, sing, mix and master all of our songs, and we love showcasing this music in a fun and humorous way through public pranks and performances in the middle of the street.
