Alex Warren & Joe Jonas Team Up for New Version of “Burning Down”
American singer-songwriter Alex Warren teamed up with American pop rock band Jonas Brothers' Joe Jonas to release a new version of “Burning Down” on December 6, 2024 via Atlantic Records.
This marks the first collaboration between Alex Warren and Joe Jonas.
The original version of the song was released by Alex Warren from his debut album “You'll Be Alright, Kid (Chapter 1)” back in September.
The track was written by Alex Warren, Cal Shapiro, Joe Jonas, Mags Duval, and Adam Yaron who also produced it.
Alex Warren said of the song in a press statement, “It's surreal that someone I grew up admiring connected with my music so deeply that they wanted to collaborate on a new take on the song. Working with Joe has been amazing — not only because he's incredibly talented and added a whole new layer to the record but also because he's such an incredible human. We click both in and out of the studio, making this collaboration even more special to me. I can't wait for you all to hear our voices together, and I hope you love this version of 'Burning Down' as much as we do.”- Joe Jonas said, “His voice and songwriting are incredible.
