Extrazen Releases New Song “BACK TO LIFE”
Portuguese alt-pop singer-songwriter Extrazen released his brand new song “BACK TO LIFE” on November 29, 2024.
The song is the third single under his new label Sony Music Portugal, following “HOLLYWOOD” and “STUNT”.
Three songs will appear on his upcoming sophomore EP, which is expected to be released in early 2025.
The track captures the emotional chaos of unreciprocated love.
It was written and produced by Extrazen. The accompanying music video was directed by JOÃO MORGADO.
The clip is a gripping metaphorical representation of frustration, confusion, and ultimately, isolation.
Extrazen said of the song, “'BACK TO LIFE' is a very special and personal track to me. It's been on my computer for about two years, but it just felt right to put it out now. The song talks about unreciprocated love and fighting for someone who has lost all interest while being so in love that you're easily tricked. It's a beautiful chaos where love, anger, and disappointment coexist. I produced and wrote the song in its entirety, and I wanted it to feel like a rollercoaster from beginning to end-like a song you would just play and dance to at max volume when feeling lost and in love; an escape.”- Photo by Telmo Heney
