ADÉLA Drops New Music Video for “SUPERSCAR”
Slovak singer-songwriter ADÉLA dropped a new music video for “SUPERSCAR” directed by likeromeo, Miguel Zárate, and ADÉLA on December 2, 2024.
The video set department by American singer-songwriter Bonnie McKee.
The song was released as her second single back in October, following the debut song “HOMEWRECKED”.
The track will appear on her upcoming debut EP. She plans to release a new song from the EP every month. Each song is a new chapter in the story for the character of ADÉLA
It was written by Adéla Jergova, Becca Krueger, GRANT KNOCHE, and Liam Benayon.
“'SUPERSCAR,' similarly to 'HOMEWRECKED,' is based on real experiences,” ADÉLA told PAPER Magazine about the song. “This song is a culmination of lived experiences with imbalanced power dynamics and dreams being so precious to young talent, but not being precious at all to those in power. It's about people-pleasing, about being aware of the abuse that's happening to you, about just wanting to do what you love and about rising above it all in the end.”- ADÉLA is known as a contestant of Netflix's “The Debut: Dream Academy”, which is a talent competition reality show created as a collaboration between record labels Hybe and Geffen Records.
After Dream Academy, she debuted with “HOMEWRECKED” as an independent artist. -
