Jessie Reyez Releases New Song “JUST LIKE THAT” featuring Ari Lennox
Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez joined forces with American R&B singer-songwriter Ari Lennox to release a new song “JUST LIKE THAT” on November 15, 2024.
This marks the first collaboration between Jessie Reyez and Ari Lennox.
For Jessie Reyez, the song is the thid collaborative single, following “RIDIN” with Lil Wayne and “SHUT UP” featuring Big Sean.
The track was written by Courtney Salter and Jessie Reyez. Produced by Bongo ByTheWay and B-Wiz.
The music video for the song was released on November 18, and was directed by Dane Collison.
Jessie Reyez said of the song, “Bongos lit. Before the session, Jermi Thomas had selected some beats he should play me. That happened to be one of them. Then I just vibed out and it came to be. A few weeks later I was invited in the room as a creative to work with Ari Lennox, and once we were done working on her stuff, I took the opportunity to invite her to be on my record.
