Crazy P Announces New Album “Any Signs Of Love”, Shares New Song “Human After All”
London-based electronic music band Crazy P has announced their ninth studio album “Any Signs Of Love” will be released on November 29, 2024.
It is their first album in five years since the 2019 album “Age of the Ego” and comprises 10 songs.
Also, the album is the last album for the band lead singer Danielle Moore, who died on August 30, 2024, at the age of 52.
From the album, the band released a new song “Human After All” on November 4, 2024.
The song is the second single off of the album, following the album title track “Any Signs of Love” released back in June.
The track was written and recorded before the passing of Danielle Moore, and is a celebration of a remarkable life, friendship, and music.
It was written by Chris Todd, Danielle Moore, James Baron, and Matthew Klose. Produced by Chris Todd and James Baron.- This new album serves as both a tribute to Danielle's life and a gift to the fans who have loved her, danced with her, and felt her spirit resonate from dancefloors to festival stages worldwide.
The albums' 10-tracks also honour an incredible 25 year friendship with fellow bandmates Chris Todd and Jim Baron.
From their after-party first meeting in late 90s Manchester, and their first studio session together in Jim's bedroom, to completing the band with bassist Tim Davies and drummer Matt Klose, disco aficionados Crazy P have come a long way. -
The band shared on social media, “We are devastated to announce the unbelievable and shocking news that our beautiful Danielle Moore has died in sudden and tragic circumstances. This happened on Friday afternoon August 30th. We cannot believe the news ourselves and we know it will be the same for all of you. She gave us so much and we love her so much. Our hearts are broken. We need time to process that this has happened. Danielle lived a life driven by love compassion community and music. She lived the biggest of lives. We will miss her with all our hearts.”
They continued, The last four weeks have been the most difficult of our lives and we are grateful to you all for the incredible support and the outpouring of stories, emotion and love for Danielle. A small, private funeral was held last week and Danielle was laid to rest. There are plans to hold a memorial for Danielle in the future, to celebrate her life and to give her wider circle an opportunity to mourn. This will likely coincide with the launch of a foundation in her name, more details on both these things will follow as plans unfold.” - source : Apple Music
