Anna of the North Returns with New Song “Hollywood Hills”
Norwegian singer-songwriter Anna of the North returned with a new song “Hollywood Hills” on October 25, 2024.
The song is her first solo music in two years since the 2022 album “Crazy Life”.
She sings the track in Norwegian. She will release English version of the song soon.
Anna of the North said, “New song 'Hollywood Hills' in Norwegian. I promise I will return in English soon.”
The song captures the bittersweet experience of chasing dreams in Los Angeles, only to find out that the glitz and glamour often come with loneliness and a sense of disconnection.
It contrasts the allure of Hollywood Hills with the reality of everyday life and the struggles of comparing oneself to idealized images.
The track was written by Anna Lotterud, August Stubø, and Andreas Bache-Wiig who also produced it.- Anna of the North shows lyrics in English below.
