Rag'n'Bone Man Releases New Song “Pocket”
British singer-songwriter Rag'n'Bone Man will release his upcoming third studio album “What Do You Believe In?” on October 18, 2024.
From the album, he released a new song “Pocket” on October 4, 2024.
The song is the third single off of the album, following “Rush Of Blood” and “What Do You Believe In?”.
It was written by James Fauntleroy, Johnny McDaid, Jonny Coffer, and Rory Graham. Produced by Jonny Coffer and Johnny McDaid.
Rag'n'Bone Man said of the song, “It's about someone who's really got your back. If me and my missus go out, she'll look at me and we'll know it's time to leave. I get uncomfortable in social situations, and it's nice to have someone who knows you well enough that they can give you the excuse to leave. Pocket is a similar thing, really. It's about a love that can physically and metaphorically pull you out of discomfort.”- The new album comprises 12 songs (deluxe edition 17 tracks), which speaks to his roots.
It is first album in three years since the 2021 album “Life by Misadventure”.
Rag'n'Bone Man said of the album, “It's a representation of how I feel in this moment, at this time in my life - it represents joy, love and happiness. You've got to take people on a bit of a journey - It's basically real life. Songwriting is always an extension of my emotions.” -
