Genius Of The Crowd Premieres New Song “Bluebird” on BBC Radio 1
British indie rock band Genius Of The Crowd, consisting of Matt Frederick (vocals), Jack Baker (lead Gguitar), Matt White (rythm guitar), Sam Galway (bass) and Dave Smith (drums), premiered a new song “Bluebird” on BBC Introducing on Radio 1 with Jess Iszatt.
The song will appear on their upcoming debut EP “The Darkest Side of Hope”, for which a release date has not yet been announced.
The track features emotive chords intertwined with classic post-punk bassline, creating a somber atmosphere.
The band always combines lyrics that explore the essence of life, political and social issues, interpersonal relationships and the search for meaning, with hard edged riffs driving drums and a rich musicality.

The band shared on social media, “We hope you love it as much as we loved making it. Shoutout once again to Jonny Price absolutely killed it.”- The band will perform at The Underground Stoke to cerebrate the release of their debut EP on November 8, 2024.
