Chloey Rose Releases New Song “Runaway”
British singer-songwriter Chloey Rose released her brand new song “Runaway” on September 20, 2024.
The song is the follow-up to “Ghost”, which premiered on BBC Radio London last month.
The track was inspired by Chloey’s personal experiences, particularly the challenges of breaking free from an unhealthy relationship.
She collaborated with producer Aron Bicskey in Sheffield. The two experimented with songwriting ideas, venturing into new musical directions.
Chloey Rose said of the song, “I want ‘Runaway’ to be healing for those who have faced similar challenges. I hope it inspires listeners to feel liberated and empowered to move forward with confidence.”
She continued, “‘Runaway’ feels very different from my usual style. It’s a pop track that screams fun, quirky, and liberating. As an artist, I’m striving to show more variety musically and push myself to think outside the box.”- Chloey Rose shared on social media, “This song follows on from ‘Ghost’ it’s probably my stand up and rise up song. It feels different from my usual style it’s fun, fresh, quirky and liberating!
I really hope that whoever listens to this will find the song healing in some way especially those who have faced similar challenges. It was amazing co-writing this one with Aron Bicskey.” -
