Nosila Releases New Song “Halfway”
Australian singer-songwriter Nosila released a new song “Halfway” on September 13, 2024.
The song will appear on his upcoming debut EP “Salud Amor Dinero”, which is expected to be released in 2024.
The track features soulful acoustic guitar, passionate electric guitar riff with Nosila's heartfelt vocals.
It was written by Simon John Hatch and produced by Stefan.
“I've always written fairly sad/melancholy music and this track was the first time I made a concise effort to write something more uplifting,” Nosila said of the song. “The title Halfway somewhat speaks for itself. The song really has a dual meaning, from meeting and creating new relationships in undiscovered places (the halfway) as well as making compromises in relationships.”- Nosila is the solo project of Simon Hatch. The project is deeply personal, created in memory of his sister Alison.
Through passionate lyrics and evocative arrangements, Nosila navigates emotional complexities to offer support to those struggling with mental health issues.
Nosila said, “I think for the most part, I write about what I think she felt and thought about, and how those thoughts and feelings somehow migrated over and on to me.” -
