Also, the 2nd track “adore u” is featured on “EA Sports FC 24” soundtrack.
The album tells through ten songs that each represent a different day over the past year, and each track features a short interlude to hybridise next track.

Fred again.. said of the album, “These are ten songs about ten days. Theres been a lot of BIG mad crazy moments in the last year but I realised that almost all the ones that I was most sorta shaped by were the really very small quiet intimate moments. Some of them are like the most intensely joyful things I've ever felt, and some of them are not that. And some of the days I don't wanna speak about loads, because I'm not the only person it was an important day for if that makes sense. Basically what happened is I fell in love And then a lot of glowy and very lifed up days started to happen. And then some time after everything changed and the days were sorta blurry and actually really just mostly numb. Numb is scary I've learnt then there were regretful days and then there was now, which is actually like deep panic to be honest, like all that stuff I learned about grief, like not being linear and stuff, it turns out thats love too guys!!!”
  • He continued, “But yeah when I think about why I do this I think it's because when I look back to making the actual life records I remember thinking at the time like Fred why are you putting all these mennntally personal things on the ACTUAL MUSIC this is insane and terrifying and what the fuck. But when I look back on it, I don't regret it being so vulnerable, in fact I'm happy it was, cos I can make sense of things better, I think? And I guess there's also the thing of how many times I've been so moved by people coming up to me and talking about how that story helped them, that helps me too. We help each other. Its nice. It's really nice. Sometimes when you make a record by the time you put it out you feel kinda different to how you did when you made it. This is like the opposite of that, like I feel more intensely all of these things right now than I did even when I was making it.”

  • He added, “I realised when I posted the words I wrote yesterday that i didn't make it obvious that I wrote that a few weeks back when i was on the tube having literally justtttt finished the album! (Well apart from glow lol!) So yes a lot of people have very sweetly reached out being like what's up and why are you feeling deeply panicked!? but I'm actually not really any more! In fact right now things feel like they're starting to get really very good actually. Very glowy. So thank you for asking though And thank you for all the love on the album it means the world. Because it sorta literally is my whole world and life. So yeah thank you.”
