Luna Morgenstern Releases New Song “hush hush”
Amsterdam-based singer-songwriter Luna Morgenstern released a new song “hush hush” on August 30, 2024.
The song is the follow-up to the collaboratives song “Head To Toe” with Raven Artson, which was released back in April.
The single is the start of a new chapter for Luna Morgenstern who is set to document a tumultuous time in her personal life through her next project.
The track was written and produced by Luna Morgenstern, with production by Nick Ribbens.
She recorded the song in Spain, which introduces this idea of contrasts with its reggaeton-inspired rhythms and breakbeats pairing.
“It's about the struggle of holding onto a fading relationship, despite looming doubts and uncertainties,” Luna Morgenstern said of the song. “I like playing with contrasting elements in my songwriting and production whether that's blending four to the floor kicks with UK garage breaks or by contrasting a very heavy, direct lyric with a nursery rhyme inspired melody.”- Photo by Anna van der Velde
