Bishop Briggs Announces New Album “Tell My Therapist I'm Fine”, Shares New Song “Mona Lisa On A Mattress”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Bishop Briggs has announced her third studio album “Tell My Therapist I'm Fine” will be released on October 18, 2024 via Virgin Records.
This marks her first album in five years since the 2019 album “Champion”.
The album comprises a 10-track, featuring a guest appearance from blink-182's Travis Barker.
The album delves into themes of breaking societal standards and unapologetically stepping into your own power.
On the album, she weaves her sister loss and grief into life honoring moments that are buoyant, irreverent, and embracing.
Bishop Briggs shared, “It's about the messiness of being a human and everything in between.”- From the album, she released the first single called “Mona Lisa On A Mattress” on August 16, 2024.
The song is accompanied by the Nick Walker-directed music video.
The track was written by Andrew Wells, Jack Lafrantz, and Sarah McLaughlin. Produced by Andrew Wells.
