Conrad Sewell Releases New Song “Different Kind of Love”
Australian singer-songwriter Conrad Sewell released a new song “Different Kind of Love” on August 15, 2024.
The song is the follow-up to “All Life Long”, which was released back in March.
The track was written by Conrad Sewell, Dave Gibson, and Josh Cumbee who also produced it.
The accompanying music video was directed by Mood Infinite from POPEYE MEDIA.
Conrad Sewell said of the song, “This song is special to me cause these past few years I realised that love & relationships can be some of the hardest things to hold together. It's not always pretty but if you work on it and get through the struggles together then it can make you even stronger... For me it's about never doubting that we can win if we stick together.”- He continued, “'Different Kind of Love' started in this room (the recording studio) with Josh Cumbee and our friend Dave Gibson. I've just had two kids. I noticed that it. It changed my relationship with my partner in good ways and bad ways. She said you go from it just being too and being able to do whatever you want whenever you want to it being all about these two little people. I think Dave said to me like 'how do you feel now?' I said it's just different to love her like to the moon and back it's just a different kind of love now.”
