Blace Releases New Song “Parasite”
Los Angeles-based pop-punk singer-songwriter Blace released the second single called “Parasite” on August 9, 2024.
The song follows up his debut song “Crash and Burn”, which was released back in April.
The track blends a punk rock intensity with emotionally vulnerable lyrics, and articulates the feeling of being a parasite in a relationship, pretending not to care while heavily depending on their partner.
The track was written by Justin Blace Tomberlin.
Blace said of the song, “The song is about self-destructing, hurting the people closest to you, ruining relationships, and just not feeling like enough. It’s really honest, maybe a little too honest, but I think a lot of us can relate in some way, regardless if you’re the one struggling or someone you love is.”- Photo by Janelle Brosnan
