Alan Walker Releases New EP “Neon Nights”
Norwegian DJ Alan Walker released a new EP “Neon Nights” on August 7, 2024 via Monstercat.
The EP was released as part of a vehicular soccer video game Rocket League's in-game music event “Neon Nights”, headlined by Alan Walker.
Fans will be able to earn and purchase songs from the EP as their very own Player Anthems and hear them in rotation on Rocket League Radio.
It's not just the music however, players can earn Walker-themed items for completing Neon Nights Challenges: score ten goals in Online Matches to unlock the A.W. Mask Topper, and get two Aerial Hits to unlock the A.W. Octane Decal.
The EP comprises a 4-track, featuring guest appearances from Norwegian DJ MRD, Canadian singer-songwriter bludnymph and Swedish indie pop singer-songwriter LOVA.
The final song on the EP “Club Leclerc (Racers Mix)” is a light-hearted nod to one of Alan's favourite F1 drivers and friend Charles Leclerc.- Alan Walker said of the EP, “If you're a Rocket League fan like me, go listen to them inside the game, and try out my customized AW skins while you're at it - they're sick! It's so much fun being a part of this, and I'm happy with how the songs turned out!”
