Thorgan Releases New Song “Other Side”
Paris-based R&B singer-songwriter Thorgan released a new song “Other Side” on July 19, 2024.
The song is the third single of 2024, following “Kerosene” and “Through Ecstasy”, which were released in January and April, respectively.
The track was written by Thorgan Greve, and Jaywood Beatz who also produced it.
The accompanying lyric video was directed by Loïc Guennoc.
At first glance “Other Side” sounds like a happy summer pop song, with its joyful melodies.
But the lyrics tell a tale of sadness and despair, a story of two people enjoying their last moments alive together.- Thorgan was born and raised in Scandinavia and grew up in Copenhagen, Denmark. And then in Helsinki, Finland until the age of 18, before moving to France.
He released his debut album “TENEBRIS” in March 2021. The album has accumulated over 3 million streams,
Since then, he has released several songs and collaborated with established artists such as 12AM and Limi.
He isn't afraid to break the barriers between R&B, rock, classical and electronic music.
Thorgan said of his music, “I try to be versatile, and to procure all emotions. I travel through piano, RnB and sometimes rap. My music is an emotional journey and adventure“. -
