Alesso & Nate Smith Team Up for New Song “I Like It”
Swedish DJ Alesso and American country music singer-songwriter Nate Smith teamed up to release a new song “I Like It” on July 12, 2024.
This marks the first collaboration between Alesso and Nate Smith.
For Alesso, the song is the follow-up to the EP “Hypnotize”, which was released back in May.
While, Nate Smith joined in the song as the second collaboration of 2024 since “Bulletproof” with Canadian singer-songwriter Avril Lavigne.
The song is a feel-good party anthem, representing the pinnacle of both artists’ signature sounds in a transformative musical synergy.
The track was written by Alessandro Lindblad, Jake Torrey, Nate Smith, Sean Douglas, and Zachary Skelton.
Produced by Alesso, and Zach Skelton. The accompanying music video was directed by Mattias Russo-Larsson.- Alesso said of the song, “I've always been a big fan of the crossover between Rock/Country and Dance music. We set out to make a fun song for everyone to party to this Summer and Nate delivers an amazing performance on the song. We're excited for the world to hear it!”
