Sigala Teams Up With Trevor Daniel & 24kGoldn for New Song “It's A Feeling”
British DJ Sigala is back. He teamed up with American singer-songwriter Trevor Daniel and American rapper 24kGoldn to release a new song “It's A Feeling” on July 5, 2024.
This marks the first time Sigala, Trevor Daniel and 24kGoldn have worked together.
It is his first music in almost a year for Sigala.
The track was written by Bruce Fielder, Golden Landis Von Jones, James Daniel Lewis, Robbie Jay, Thomas Horsley, and Trevor Daniel Neill. Produced by Sigala and James Daniel Lewis.
Sigala said of the song, “I’m so excited to be back releasing music. I’ve spent a lot of time experimenting with different sounds and influences in the studio and I can’t wait for everyone to hear more of what I’ve been working on. I hope my fans think it’s been worth the wait, and I can’t thank them enough for their ongoing, loyal support. ‘It’s A Feeling’ brings the energy and the attitude. I wanted to change things up with this one to bring that euphoric summer vibe, but with a grittier edge that’s different to what’s out there at the moment.”- Sigala shared on social media, “It's been a strange couple years for me, with the album that never happened and various other things it’s meant I’ve not been able to share much new music. But that’s not to say I haven’t been making music, just nobody has heard any of it.”
He continued, “I'm finally exited to announce that new tunes are on the way! I've taken this time to rediscover and reenergise. I've been messing about with new sounds and different genres to try and find something fresh but still true to me. I did a count and I've worked on 141 songs during this time. Honestly though, I never get nervous about releasing music but I think because its been so long I'm feeling it this time, so far the response to the teasers has been amazing though.” -
He added, “A One of the downsides to of all this is that I haven't been able to connect with all of you, with no music to promote I've felt a bit lost on social media so have distanced myself a bit.
