Will Young Releases New Song “Light It Up”
British singer-songwriter Will Young released the third single called “Light It Up” from his upcoming ninth studio album of the same name on July 5, 2024.
The new album “Light It Up” is set to be released on August 9, 2024 via BMG.
The track was written by Daniel Davidsen, Peter Wallevik, and Tom King. Produced by PhD.
The accompanying music video was directed by Samuel Douek.
Will Young said of the song, “Light It Up is the most positive upbeat and fun song I've ever done. I can't wait for people to be joyously uplifted by it and let all their worries float away.”
Will Young shared on social media, “Light It Up (the song, not the album) is going to be yours! Light It Up (again the song, not the album) is out now! I hope you love the song and video.”- The album comprises a 10-track, in which he worked with Scandinavian pop production duo pHD, Andy Cato of Groove Armada, Jim and Mima Elliot.
