Jake Bugg Releases New Song “All Kinds Of People”
British singer-songwriter Jake Bugg released a new song “All Kinds Of People” along with a music video on July 5, 2024.
The song is the second single off of his upcoming sixth studio album “A Modern Day Distraction”, which is set to be released on September 20, 2024 via RCA Records.
The track was written by Jake Bugg, Mark Taylor, Patrick Mascall, and Paul Barry. Produced by Patrick Mascall and Mark Taylor.
The music video was directed by Michael Holyk.
Jake Bugg said of the song, “We all have our struggles. In British culture, we don’t really talk to anyone about that. You need to talk about these things with the people you love. We have to try and help each other, because there’s not much help out there.”- The new album comprises a 12-track, in which he returned to his roots and focuses on the injustice he’s seen dealt to the family and friends he grew up with.
Jake Bugg said of the album, “People might say ‘What do you know?’ or ‘Just stick to music’. I’ve got a bit of money, but we all know the people this affects. I was just writing it because it was the way I felt. It pisses me off - especially in a country like ours where we have the means and funds to take care of the people suffering the most, but we choose not to.” - source : Apple Music
