Alok & Jess Glynne Team Up for New Song “Summer's Back”
Brazilian DJ Alok teamed up with London-based singer-songwriter Jess Glynne to release a new song “Summer's Back” on June 21, 2024.
This marks the first collaboration between Alok and Jess Glynne.
For Alok, the song is the follow-up to the collaborative song “Under The Sun” with British singer-songwriter Ella Henderson.
While, for Jess Glynne, the track is the first collaborative single since her third studio album “Jess”, which was released back in April.
The song samples “Sing It Back”, which was released by Irish-English electronic music duo Moloko in 1989.
The track was written by lok Achkar Peres Petrillo, Camille 'Kamille' Angelina Purcell, Erik Smaaland, Ida Botten, Janée 'Jin Jin' Bennett, Jessica Hannah Glynne, Kristoffer Tømmerbakke, Mark Errington Brydon, Marli Harwood, OHYES, and Róisín Murphy.
