Her Leather Jacket Releases New Song “Famous”
Nashville-based pop-punk duo Her Leather Jacket, consisting of Manny Blu (vocals) and Wes Snyder (drums), will release their upcoming sophomore EP “The House That Chaos Built” on July 19, 2024.
From the EP, the duo unveiled the fifth single called “Famous” on June 14, 2024.
The duo wrote the song with producer Aaron Gillespie of Underoath and The Almost.
The song delves into deep emotions and the rollercoaster of trying to be successful in the music industry.
“It's an introspective song drawing on our experience of being in Nashville and trying to be taken seriously as an artist,” the duo said of the song. “Johnny and Aaron are killer songwriters to work with, and while the song is definitely personal, the message has a relatable theme for anyone trying to make it.”- Background photo by Libby Danforth
