Echos Releases New Song “BRUISES”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Alexandra Norton, aka Echos released a new song “BRUISES” on June 13, 2024.
The song is the second single, following the release of the first comeback song “CAROUSEL” in two years.
Also, both song will appear on her upcoming fourth studio album, which is expected to be released in 2024.
The track was written by Alexandra Norton, Andre Temper, and Josh KJ Strock who also produced it.
The accompanying music video was directed by Slater Goodson.
Echos said of the song, “This entire album was written in flow. I'd sing the first thing that came to mind and I hid a lot of things in there - poetic justice is always a fun thing to play into as a writer and someone once told me I use the word blood too much in my songs so as a joke I tried to use it in almost every song this time around just to see if I could do it and give it multiple meanings.”- She continued, “I am never that open about the things I hide in my songs cause sometimes I like knowing it’s a secret between myself and I but some days I feel like an open book (oh to be a Gemini - also I am realizing it is 11:11 as I type this). Anyways I’ve been through a lot of weird shit over the last five years and this album feels like an exhale of all of that and I hope once you finally get to hear it in full it can feel like a cleansing breath for you too.”
