Orville Peck Teams Up With Kylie Minogue & Diplo for New Song “Midnight RIde”
South African country music singer-songwriter Orville Peck teamed up with Australian singer-songwriter Kylie Minogue and American DJ Diplo to release a new song “Midnight RIde” on June 7, 2024.
This marks the first collaboration between Orville Peck and Kylie Minogue.
Also, Orville Peck and Diplo have collaborated for Diplo's the 2020 album “Diplo Presents Thomas Wesley, Chapter 1: Snake Oil”.
However, three artists have worked together for the first time.
The song will appear on Orville Peck's upcoming third studio album “Stampede”, which is expected to be released in 2024.
The album follows up his recent duets collection “Stampede Vol. 1”, which was released last month.
Orville Peck, Kylie Minogue and Diplo first performed the song at Outloud Fest at West Hollywood Pride on June 6, 2024.
Orville Peck said of the song in a statement, “Doing this song with Kylie and Diplo was a dream come true. Kylie was the first person I asked to be on Stampede because I knew exactly the kind of magic we could all make together.”- source : Apple Music
