BIRTHE Releases New Song “Strangers”
Belgian singer-songwriter BIRTHE released a new song “Strangers” on June 3, 2024.
The song is the follow-up to Boy Bye, which was released back in March.
A year ago, when BIRTHE was improvising some lyrics while cooking, she wrote the chorus.
Later, during a composition session with her producer OSKI, the verses were written.
The track embodies the autobiographical story of being in a toxic relationship with its self-reflecting lyrics and poignant instrumentation.
The accompanying music video was directed by Fien De Vos, Fien Temmerman, and Birthe De Zutter.
BIRTHE said of the song, “'Strangers' is about toxicity within a relationship. It tells the process of attracting and repelling each other, and ultimately letting go.”- source : Apple Music
