Russ Teams Up With 6LACK for New Song “Workin On Me”
American rapper Russ teamed up with American singer-songwriter 6LACK to release a new song “Workin On Me” on May 17, 2024.
This marks the first collaboration between Russ and 6LACK. But 6LACK will support Russ' “It Was You All Along Tour”, which kicks off at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, WA on May 31, 2024.
The track was written by Ricardo Valentine Jr. and Russell Vitale, and produced by Russ.
Russ said of the song, “I made this song a little over a year ago and didn’t have a second verse on it. I included a snippet of the song on my fan voting platform and it was voted in the top 3. I sent 6lack the song to jump on and he killed it, and we’re going on an arena tour this summer.”- Before the tour “It Was You All Along Tour”, Russ will release his custom clothing collection “SANTIAGO Collection” on May 20, 2024.
Also, he will be holding a pop up for the SANTIAGO Collection at KidSuper in New York on May 18, 2024.
Russ said, “Been workin on this for so long. This is my first real custom clothing collection. Very excited about this!! This is not merch. This is a clothing line and it’s insane. A lot of people worked very hard on making this a reality. This is my first go at this and I’m very proud that it’s actually a real thing. The quality is nuts.
