Mackenzy Mackay Announces New EP “Life, Love & Upsets”, Shares New Song “Don't Quit Trying”
London-based singer-songwriter Mackenzy Mackay has announced a new EP “Life, Love & Upsets” will be released on June 7, 2024.
The EP is the follow-up to the EP “No Fixed Abode”, which was released last November.
From the EP, he unveiled the fourth single called “Don't Quit Trying” on May 10, 2024, following “Cold Stare”, “Bruised One, and “Every Last Detail”.
He co-wrote the song with producer Jacob Attwooll. The track is about never giving up on your dreams.
Mackenzy Mackay said of the song, “‘Don’t Quit Trying’ is basically a song about being persistent and not giving up on what you’re working towards, Whether that’s a career choice, trying to learn something new, beating a PB or just anything you’re trying to achieve, it’s just a little reminder to myself and whoever might need to hear it, not to quit trying at whatever it is they’re going for.”- source : Apple Music
