  • Bellah Mae Releases New Song “Hell & Never Back”

  • Last month, British singer-songwriter Bellah Mae announced her upcoming sophomore EP “Never Waste A Heartbreak” would be pushed back to June 7, 2024.

Initially, the EP was supposed to be released on May 3, 2024.

Bellah Mae shared on social media, “Hi bunnies, as you know I have been writing my little heart out atm and honestly I’ve just been going through all the feels as we know and had so much to focus on personally and needed to process that... which I always do by the best when I’m writing songs for us, and so I’ve been away for a little while travelling and putting all my thoughts into songs … but I think I finally have the saddest EP nearly ready for you BUT I just need a little more time to make it perfect. ‘Never Waste A Heartbreak’ will now come out on the 7th of June, I hope that’s okay with you all.”

From the EP, she released the third single called “Hell & Never Back” on May 3, 2024.
The track was written by Alex O’Shaughnessy, Bellah Mae, and Brett Truitt who also produced it.
  • Bellah Mae said of the song, “The day I wrote this song, I almost didn’t go to the studio and literally cried in the Uber on the way there. I was in Nashville and going through a rough heartbreak. I had zero expectations for the song I wrote that day, but it turned out to be this one because it was so personal and true to how I was feeling.”

Also she shared on social media. “I wrote this song about it... 'He was the love of my life'. Girl, I had a full time stomach ache, heart palpitations, 24/7 anxiety, never saw my friends lol, if you know what I mean then he's defo not your future husband. And I pinky promise you'll heal. All you need to do is leave.”
