Leigh-Anne Releases New Song “Forbidden Fruit”
British singer-songwriter and former Little Mix, Leigh-Anne released the second single called “Forbidden Fruit” from her upcoming project “No Hard Feelings” on My 3, 2024.
The track was written by Alberto Carlos Melendez, J Kash, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Nija Charles. Produced by Albert Hype.
The accompanying music video was directed by Nathan James Tettey.
Leigh-Anne said of the song, “I wrote ‘Forbidden Fruit’ at a writing camp in Miami, and it’s actually about how André and I met. This one gives me sweaty, sultry, reggae dance vibes. The way the beat drops makes me so excited to bring this one to the stage.”- She shared on social media, “Forbidden Fruit is finally yours. I’ve spoken about this song for a while but I think it’s because it’s played such a vital role in the No Hard Feelings story. It was probably the moment I knew I wanted to create this separate body of work that sets the tone for me artistically. Nobody is perfect, we’re all trying our best and life is always going to throw a curveball but ultimately, to me, this song is further proof that love conquers all.
