Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ New Kids On The Block Releases New Song “A Love Like This”
American boy band New Kids On The Block, consisting of Jonathan Knight, Jordan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Donnie Wahlberg and Danny Wood, has celebrated the 35th anniversary of “NKOTB DAY”.
The honorary day has been celebrated annually since April 24, 1989, when it was officially declared a holiday by former Massachusetts governor Michael Dukakis.
In celebration, the band released a new song “A Love Like This” on the same day.
The song is the second single off of their upcoming eighth studio album “Still Kids”, which is set to be released on May 17, 2024.
The track was written by Donald Wahlberg, Esben Dithmer, and Lars Halvor Jensen. Produced by Donnie Wahlberg, DeeKay, and Esben Dithmer.- The band member Donnie Wahlberg said of the song, “The song, 'A Love Like This', is truly a love letter to our fans. We've written and recorded a song that speaks to the enduring, evolving, and magical relationship that we've shared over the past 35 years. There is no us without them, and certainly would be no 'NKOTB Day' without their unconditional love and support. This is our special way of giving back to them.”
