Maggie Lindemann Releases New Song “hostage”
American singer-songwriter Maggie Lindemann released a new song “hostage” on January 19, 2024.
The song is the second single since her 2022 debut album “Suckerpunch”, following the release of “deprecating” with Siiickbrain.
The track was written by Maggie Lindemann, and Joshua Murty who also produced it.
The accompanying music video was directed by Vixxion.
“'Hostage', for me, is like peering through a window into my own mind,” Maggie Lindemann said of the song. “It's about being caught in this strange limbo where everything around me, externally, is going well, but inside, there's a relentless storm.”
She continued, “The song is a cry for that person who can calm the turmoil inside me, a plea for solace amidst my own mental chaos. It's raw and real - it's a journey so many of us silently go through.”- source : Apple Music
