BBC TWO aired British composer and pianist Jools Holland's Annual Hootenanny 2023 on New Year's Eve (December 31).
This time, Rod Stewart, RAYE, Olivia Dean, Joss Stone, Sugababes, Muireann Bradley and more appeared on to perform with Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra.
British rock singer-songwriter Rod Stewart marks his musical guest debut on this program. He performed his latest song “Almost Like Being In Love”.
The song was released in December 2023 from his upcoming album “Swing Fever”. On the track, he collaborated with Jools Holland.
Otherwise, British singer-songwriter RAYE performed “Escapism” from her debut album My 21st Century Blues”, which was released in February 2023.
British singer-songwriter Olivia Dean covered American girl group The Supremes' 1966 smash hit “You Can't Hurry Love”.- Rod Stewart said, “Get ready to kick off the New Year with a bang!
