AViVA said of the album, “HATE 2 LUV U, one of my favourite albums to make so far! It feels like quite the milestone. There's so much about come and I am so glad to have you all with me. Here on this journey, it has been amazing. And I know a little continue to be.”- AViVA explained about some tracks for the album.
“PRESSURE”
“Pressure is about... well, just that - pressure. We feel it at work or at school sometimes at home. The song reflects on that and how sometimes it's hard for people looking in to see the pressures that someone else is under. It's okay to have days where things feel like they're going to explode but it's vital to remember that like with all things, there's always something we can do to help relieve that pressure little by little.” -
“ALIEN”
“I lost a close friend last year to mental illness. It's about how no one should ever feel that lonely and to remember to always check in and be there for people. We are in this together.”
“PHOENIX”
“This track means so much to me, I hope you all find meaning in the lyrics! Phoenix is about standing tall and standing strong and rising again and again, it is that resilience. The phoenix rising from the ashes metaphor. It's all about being stronger, and not bowing, down and curtailing. It is about being yourself, but also being considerate and kind and respectful and always wanting to better for everybody not for yourself.”
“ABOUT ME”
“ABOUT ME is one of my personal favs, probably because it's about me. I hope you're loving it as much as I do.” - source : Apple Music
