Eliza Rose & Calvin Harris Team Up for New Song “Body Moving”
London-based DJ Eliza Rose teamed up with Scottish DJ Calvin Harris to release a new song “Body Moving” on November 17, 2023.
This marks the first collaboration between Eliza Rose and Calvin Harris.
This time, Canadian singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez co-wrote the song. Calvin Harris worked with Jessie Reyez for British singer-songwriter Sam Smith's 2023 single “I'm Not Here to Make Friends”.
The track was written by Eliza Rose, Adam Wiles, and Jessie Reyez. Produced by Calvin Harris.
For Eliza Rose, the song is the follow-up to “Take You There”, which was released back in September.
Also, the song is her second collaborative single of 2023, following “Pleasure Peak” with The Martinez Brothers.
While, Calvin Harris was nominated for Best Pop Dance Recording with “Miracle” featuring British singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards.
“Miracle” was released back in March.- Eliza Rose said of the song, “My goal was to create a track that captures the essence of summer while also igniting the dance floors. The vibe with Calvin has been fabulous. He couldn't be more down-to-earth. It's been an honour to work with one of the best producers in the world! It's something I never thought would be possible. We have created something that I believe has really combined our two identities into something unique and also reflective of our own personal work.”
