Caity Baser Announces New Mixtape “Still Learning”, Shares New Song “I Love Making Bad Boys Cry”
British singer-songwriter Caity Baser has announced her second mixtape “Still Learning” will be released March 15, 2023.
It is her first body of work since the 2023 EP “Thanks for Nothing, See You Never”.
“Still Learning” features 13-track, including preceding singles “X&Y”, “2468”, and “Pretty Boys”.
Produced by Digital Farm Animals, Future Cut, Jack Ü, Jamie Scott, Jon Shave, LiTek, Martin Hannah, Matt Rad and WhYJay.
Caity Baser said of the mixtape, “This mixtape is a window into everything that I've experienced in the last year or two: all the fucking nonsense from boys, the amazing times with my best mates, my fans, the mistakes I've made and everything else.”
She continued, “It's also me trying new things – there's some new sounds on there, stuff you've not heard from me before, but I love it all and it's honest and real to me and I hope you love it as much as I do!”
From the mixtape, she released a new song “I Love Making Bad Boys Cry” on November 3, 2023.
The track was written by Caity Baser, Jamie Scott, Mike Needle, and Jack. Produced by Jamie Scott, Martin Hannah, and Jack.- Caity Baser shared on social media, “When I was putting this body of work together, my mind felt foggy and I had no idea where to start which is something that I haven't had before. I then started putting myself down for not knowing what to do and what direction to go in. I started thinking about everything wrong about me and all the mistakes I've made, the people I've pissed off , things I could've done better - the lot ! And that's where this whole idea came from. There's a sort of beauty in making mistakes and being a bit of a dickhead. It's okay to get things wrong because I'm STILL LEARNING! And I think a lot of us are afraid to admit that we don't have all the answers and make a lot of mistakes. I know I was. That's until I cleared my brain and found the idea for this whole thing. These songs are about things I've done wrong , things I've loved , things that have made me cry ...it's a rollercoaster!”

Caity Baser embarks on Still Learning 2024 Tour in March and April in 2024. The tour kicks off at O2 Academy Leeds in Leeds on March 26, 2024 and will conclude at Eventim Apollo in London on April 19, 2024.
