Norah Jones & Dave Grohl Perform “Razor” on Norah Jones Is Playing Along
American rock band Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl appeared on Norah Jones' podcast the Norah Jones Is Playing Along back in April.
On the program, Dave Grohl talked about why he decided to take the hard road after Nirvana, upbringing in North Virginia and the time he got lost in the White House during George W. Bush's administration.
And he performed with Norah Jones, “Statues”, “Flame Twin”, “The Ballad of the Beaconsfield Miners”, “Razor”, “Everlong”, and “Virginia Moon”.
In the past, Norah Jones joined in the band's 2005 fifth studio album “In Your Honor”, where she performed “Virginia Moon” as vocals and piano.
This time, they performed "Virginia Moon" for the first time in 20 years.
From the program, the pair dropped a live video for “Razor” on October 31, 2023.
“Razor” is featured on the album “In Your Honor”. The track was written by Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel and Chris Shiflett.
Dave Grohl said after finishing the song, “I haven't done that in 20 years.”- rtNP6aTvMBA
