Tom Odell Announces New Album “Black Friday”, Shares New Song “Somebody Else”
British singer-songwriter Tom Odell has announced his sixth studio album “Black Friday” will be released on January 26, 2023.
It is his first body of work in two years since the 2022 album “Best Day of My Life”.
Also, It is his second album as an independent artist.
The album comprises 13-track, produced by Cityfall and Tom Odell. Unfortunately, the previous songs "Butterflies" featuring Norwegian singer-songwriter Aurora and “Streets Of Heaven” aren't include on the album.
Tom Odell said of the album, “My new album ‘Black Friday’ is out Janaury 26. I recorded these songs between the winter and the spring of this year. We tried to leave them as ‘unproduced’ as possible with the hope that they would be the truest reflection of how I felt in that time. This album means a lot to me, and I can’t wait for you hear it.”
From the album, he unveiled the second single called “Somebody Else” on October 13, 2023, following the album title track.
