Kidd G Releases New Song “Silverado In The Sky”
American country music rapper Kidd G released a new song “Silverado In The Sky” on October 6, 2023.
This is his heartbreaking personal song, which is written about his grandfather, who passed away in 2017.
He described the song as “a photograph book that takes me back in time, almost like he’s here.”
The track was written by Brody Clementi, Logan Crosby, Ben Williams, Jonathan Gabriel Horne, and Christian Clementi. Produced by Dann Huff.
He said of the song, “I wrote this song about my grandpa and it’s the most personal song I’ve ever worked on yet. I have a really good feeling this song will have a special place in y’all’s heart, as it does in mine.”- The accompanying music video was directed by DrewFilmedIt.
He shared on social media from his home Georgia, “I'm with Drew and a couple of the boys on the dirt road right now in Georgia back home. We're shooting one of my personal, personally most favorite songs called 'Silverado In The Sky'. This song is about my grandfather that passed away in 2017.
