Colbie Caillat Releases New Song “Still Gonna Miss You”
American singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat released a new song “Still Gonna Miss You” on August 11, 2023.
The song is the fourth single off of her upcoming seventh studio album “Along the Way”, which is set to be released on October 6, 2023.
Colbie Caillat wrote the song with longtime collaborator Jason Reeves.
Produced by Jamie Kenney. The accompanying music video was directed by Brenton Giesey.
Colbie Caillat said of the song, “I was so happy I got to write with Jason for this record. I had this idea for this song and knew I wanted him to help me finish writing it. It’s exactly what I hoped for... it was just like old times.”
The new album is her first body of work in seven years since the 2016 album “The Malibu Sessions” and comprises 13-track.- Colbie Caillat shared on social media, “I wrote this song about still missing someone after the end of a relationship, no matter what stage of life you’re in. Seeing past all the negative feelings and things you didn’t like to remember the good times you had together. Special thank you to my friend Jason Reeves for writing this one with me.”
