Busted Releases Reworked Version “Crashed The Wedding 2.0” featuring All Time Low
British pop punk band Busted, consisting of James Bourne (vocals/rhythm guitar), Matt Willis (vocal/bass) and Charlie Simpson (vocals/lead guitar), released a reworked version “Crashed The Wedding 2.0” on June 23, 2023.
This time, the band joined forces with American rock band All Time Low for the track.
The song will appear on Busted's upcoming reworked greatest hits album as a celebration of their 20th anniversary.
The original version of the song “Crashed The Wedding” was released as the lead single from their second studio album “A Present for Everyone” in 2003.
The track was written by James Bourne and Tom Fletcher.
Busted's Charlie Simpson said, “I've been listening to All Time Low since they released their debut EP 'Put Up Or Shut Up back in 2006.' It's so awesome to have them on board for reimagining one of our biggest songs.”
All Time Low add, “I had the pleasure of getting to know these guys when we worked together on a couple tracks for the McBusted album. Getting the call to come in and help recreate an iconic Busted song was a no-brainer. Loved being a part of this one!”
Busted will play at BBC Radio 2 in the Park event in Leicester on September 16, 2023.- source : Apple Music
