The Ready Set Returns With New Song “Who You Really Are”
American singer-songwriter Jordan Witzigreuter, aka The Ready Set returned with a new song “Who You Really Are” on May 26, 2023.
It is his first music in five years since 2018 EP “V1” and “V2”.
The track was written and produced by Jordan Witzigreuter.
Jordan Witzigreuter said of the song, “It's really chaotic sounding. I have so much new stuff…In my head, I was like, 'This is not the first thing that you would put out responsibly, and be like, look at my new thing that everyone's going to love.' It may be polarizing, which I kind of wanted. The whole vibe of it feels like sort of a mix of what all of the new stuff is, it's so many different things at once. It's supposed to feel really chaotic, it just feels like anxiety. Which sort of sums up a lot of the thesis of this and that. But it's hopeful, too.”- Photo by Teren Mabry
