Hozier Announces New Album “Unreal Unearth”, Shares New Song “Francesca”
Irish singer-songwriter Hozier has announced his forthcoming third studio album “Unreal Unearth” will be released August 18, 2023 via Columbia Records.
It is his first album in four years since the 2019 album “Wasteland, Baby!”.
The album comprises 16-track, produced by Bēkon, Chakra, Hozier, Jeff “Gitty” Gitelman, Jennifer Decilveo, Marius Feder, Pete G and Rappy.
From the album, he released the third single called “Francesca” on May 19, 2023.
The track was written by A. Hozier-Byrne and Jennifer Decilveo. Produced by Jennifer Decilveo and A. Hozier-Byrne.
Hozier wrote about the album and the new song in handwritten letter to fans, “I hope this finds you in good health and Spirits. I'm writing to you from Miramar Beach, at the Mothership festival which is hosted by the incredible Bandi Carlile. I'll hit the stage to join The Queen Mavis Staples for a number. It's great pleasure at long last to make of the official announcement on the release date of my third album Unreal Unearth. After a journey of some years, the album will find its way to you on August 18th. Just a few short months away. I'm proud of this record and enjoyed watching it come to life over the past year. He continued, “In further news, another song from the album, 'Francesca', will be released this week. Francesca is taken the second circle, that of lust. I hope you enjoy it. Playing shows again over the past month or so has been a joy and a thrill. It's been so good to see some of you again. More to come soon.”
He has already filmed the music video for the song, which is coming soon.-
