Ed Sheeran Releases Duet Version of “Life Goes On” featuring Luke Combs
British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran released a duet version of “Life Goes On” with American country music singer-songwriter Luke Combs on May 12, 2023.
Ed Sheeran performed the song with Luke Combs on Academy of Country Music Awards at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas ahead of the release of the song.
This isn’t the first time that they have shared the stage.
Back in March 2022, Ed Sheeran and Luke Combs performed Luke Combs' “Dive” at the Country to Country Festival in London.
Ed Sheeran met Luke Combs in 2018 through Luke Combs' music friend. He lived in Nashville on and off between 2013 and 2018.
Ed Sheeran said, “We’ve just been friends for years now and it’s been great.”
The original version of the song is featured on Ed Sheeran's sixth studio album “- (Subtract)” released on May 5, 2023.
