Bebe Rexha Announces New Album “Bebe”, Shares New Song “Call on Me”
American singer-songwriter Bebe Rexha announced her third studio album “Bebe” would be released on April 28, 2023 via Warner Records.
It is her first album in two years since the 2021 album “Better Mistakes”.
From the album, she unveiled the third single called “Call on Me” on March 31, 2023, following “I'm Good (Blue)” and “Heart Wants What It Wants”.
The track was written by Bebe Rexha, Janée Bennett, Dave Gibson, and Matthew Burns. Produced by BURNS.
Bebe Rexha said of the song in an interview with Official Charts, “I feel like the UK will eat that up. That's a really good middle ground [between the two styles]. I kind of wanted to dip everyone's feet into the water with 'Heart Wants What It Wants', and 'Call On Me' is the perfect mix of the 70s stuff and the big dance hook. I absolutely love that record every time I play it with my friends. I love the empowerment; if I want somebody to satisfy me, I'm not calling anyone. I can do it myself!”- The new album comprises 12-track, with guest appearances from David Guetta and Dolly Parton.
Produced by Brian Phillips, BURNS, David Guetta, Ido Zmishlany, Joe Janiak, Jussifer, Ray Goren, Rykeyz, Timofey Reznikov, Tim Pagnotta and TMS.
Bebe Rexha told Official Charts about the album, “I’m very excited. It feels amazing. I feel really proud of it. [The upcoming album] feels like an artistic project. We’re creating a world. That’s what I’m really excited about.” - source : Apple Music
