Marie Dahlstrom Announces New Album, Shares New Song “A Good Life”
London-based Danish singer-songwriter Marie Dahlstrom announced her second studio album “A Good Life” would be released on May 22, 2023 via JFH Records.
It is her first album in three years since the 2020 debut album “Like Sand”.
The album will feature collaborations with acts including Kofi Stone, Jay Prince, Conor Albert, Delleile Ankrah and Sipprell.
From the album, she unveiled the title track “A Good Life” on February 28, 2023.
The track was written by Marie Dahlstrom and produced by Conor Albert.
Marie Dahlstrom said of the song, “A Good Life is a song about the wonders of everyday life, if we choose to stay curious. These moments will eventually be what we remember, and become a part of our story. This song is for my son, and everything he's already taught me.”
Adding more on what to expect from her upcoming second album, she continued, “I hope that every album I make will convey a sense of honesty to it. This one is based on reflections from a few years of my life with many changes and adjustments. It's an album about human interaction in all its complexity.”- Photo by Jelani Pomell
