Wrabel Releases New Song “on the way down”
Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Stephen Wrabel, aka Wrabel will release his upcoming EP “chapter of me” on April 21, 2023.
It is his first project in two years since the 2021 debut album “These Words Are All for You”.
From the EP, he unveiled the second single called “on the way down” on February 24, 2023, following “happier” released back in January.
The song is featured on American medical drama TV series “Grey's Anatomy”.
Wrabel shared on social media, “so so excited that my teenage dream of having a song on Grey's Anatomy is coming true with this one. written with the amazing Davis Naish. catch it on Grey's next week!”
It was written by Stephen Wrabel, and Davis Naish who also produced the track.
Wrabel said of the song, “I wrote 'on the way down' with Davis Naish, and it came from a place of reflection on the darker moments of my life, the moments that felt like I was in the most despair and how it's important to try and find that sliver of light to guide you out. For me, that was getting sober, leaning on my family and my friends... not being afraid or too proud to grab the hand extended to me from the other side, asking for help, and taking it when it was offered.”
The new EP comprises 5-track, produced by Davis Naish and Sam de Jong.- source : Apple Music
