Tara Van Releases New Song “Back In Love”
Toronto-based singer-songwriter Tara Van der Kolk, aka Tara Van released a new song “Back In Love” on February 10, 2023.
The song is her second single of 2023, following “Kicks” released back in January.
The track was written by Tara Van. “After a brutal break-up, I wrote 'Back In Love' as a self-soothing anthem, my ode to the hopefulness of rooting again,” Tara Van said of the song. “The way I see it, love isn't something we find, it is something we are. It is an act of creation. It is daily work. The greatest romance story is the process of showing up for ourselves even when others are absent.”
She continued, “In this song, I explore the challenges of being 'too much' while coming to the understanding that perhaps the plot was just too small to hold me.
