Polyphia Releases New Song “ABC” featuring Sophia Black
American instrumental progressive rock band Polyphia, consisting of Tim Henson (guitar), Scott LePage (guitar), Clay Gober (bass) and Clay Aeschliman (drums), released a new song “ABC” along with a music video on September 1, 2022.
This time, the band teamed up with Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Sophia Black on the track.
The song is the third single off of their upcoming fourth studio album “Remember That You Will Die”, following “Neurotica” and “Playing God”.
It was written by Tim Henson, Scott LePage, Clay Gober, Clay Aeschliman, Sophia Black, Ari Starace, and Suyu Schubert.
Produced by Tim Henson, Scott LePag, Clay Gober and Clay Aeschliman.
The accompanying video was directed by Jake Woodbridge.
The track showcases Polyphia’s intricate guitar arrangements with hip-hop rhythms blended with Sophia’s modern pop, R&B-influenced vocals in both English & Japanese.
The new album comprises 12-track, featuring guest appearances from Anomalie, Sophia Black, Killstation, $not, Lil West, Chino Moreno and Steve Vai.
